Mary (Gleason) Sennes, an alumna of William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law, has joined law firm Stoel Rives LLP as Of Counsel.
A highly experienced corporate attorney, Mary G. Sennes has rejoined Stoel Rives as Of Counsel in its Corporate group in Minneapolis. Her practice will focus on transactions in the energy industry. She was previously a corporate M&A and finance attorney with Stoel Rives from 2007 to 2013, and was a corporate attorney with DLA Piper (2019–2021) and a partner with Barnes & Thornburg LLP (2013–2018). From 2018 to 2019, she served as in-house counsel managing the international corporate governance team at UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 10 company. Mary has extensive experience in M&A and corporate governance, with a focus on cross-border M&A and global restructurings. She counsels public and private clients in wide range of industries, including renewable energy, agribusiness, medical and pharmaceutical.
