Meghan Stiling, Chief Digital & Operating Officer at Nerdery, has been honored as a 2023 Notable Woman in STEM by Twin Cities Business and recognized with a 2023 Women in Business award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Stiling oversees Nerdery’s largest department and is responsible for growing technical and strategic delivery for clients, as well as shaping the company’s direction as an organization. She also spearheads efforts within the company’s People Operations department to ensure more gender and ethnic diversity is integrated into the organization, and works outside of Nerdery in a volunteer capacity to do the same for the technology industry as a whole. Stiling holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Purdue, an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, and her Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law.
