A burned out and isolated attorney is an unproductive employee (if they stick around at all). Jessica will cover the reasons why wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives (beyond lip service) are necessary for the overall financial health and long-term stability of your organization. 1 credit of elimination of bias pending.
This lecture series was named in honor of the Honorable Steven E. Rau ‘83, a Mitchell Hamline trustee, beloved member of our law-school community, and the legal community at large. This lecture series was created by the Mitchell Hamline Alumni Board to honor his contribution to our community, and his commitment to civility and collegiality in the legal profession.
