Teplinsky Law Group, Ltd. will be interviewing students on campus on October 4, 2019 for a school-year law clerk position to begin immediately.
Teplinsky seeks a law clerk to start as soon as possible (school-year position) to support Workers’ Compensation Litigation. Tasks may include assisting with preparing files for court, obtaining necessary evidence, evaluating and developing action plan to address case strengths and weakness, drafting foundational report requests to physicians, drafting settlement analysis, and assisting with hearing preparation.
Required Qualifications: Strong writing, communication and analytical skills
Prefer a 2L(3LPT) though 3L candidates may be considered.
