The MWL Community Action & Advocacy Committee invites you to participate in Girl Scouts at the Capitol. This event takes place at the Minnesota State Capitol, where you will assist Girl Scouts with activities including a scavenger hunt, practicing oral advocacy skills, and meeting with Minnesota women advocates. This program includes all grade levels and helps girls work toward earning their Democracy Badge. Volunteers must attend a virtual/recorded training session one week before the event and plan to be available at the Capitol from 11-2:30 on March 11. The committee is looking for 12 volunteers for this event.
