The Minnesota Court of Appeals will be hearing oral arguments at Mitchell Hamline on Thursday, April 13 from 9:30-11:30 am in the Mitchell Hamline Auditorium.
Three oral arguments will take place on Thursday, April 13. Find the schedule, synopses, and advocate briefs here. Please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of each oral argument to find a seat. The Auditorium doors will close, and guests will not be allowed in while each oral argument is in session. Professional dress or business casual dress is appropriate for attending the oral arguments.
After the last oral argument ends, the Office of Career and Professional Development invites students to join the Minnesota Court of Appeals judges and their judicial clerks for lunch. Lunch will begin in the Conservatory shortly after 11:30 am. Please RSVP for the luncheon by Tuesday, April 11. Your RSVP will help ensure we have appropriate catering counts.
