The Office of Career and Professional Development is excited to host a Resume & Cover Letter Training and Workshop for all students. This event will take place on Wednesday, May 31, from 4:30-5:30pm in Room 223 and via Zoom. Pizza will be provided to students who attend in-person. Please see registration instructions below and register in advance.
Whether in-person or virtually, come join the career team to receive valuable career advice and learn practical tips for successfully preparing your application documents. Topics to be discussed include:
- Goals of a legal resume
- Proper legal resume format
- Legal resume samples
- Cover letter structure and drafting tips
- Cover letter sample paragraphs
For those students who plan to attend in-person, we ask that you bring your laptops to either create or edit your application documents. The career counselors will be available on site and happy to answer any specific questions you have.
