Discover the promising future of the greater Kansas City legal community at the 19th annual Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair! Students can register today through June 28. The primary purpose of this fair is to increase the participation of underrepresented groups in the practice of law in Kansas City, Missouri. The HDLJF founders and organizers strongly believe that the inclusion of diversity in its many facets enriches us all.
All 2L (graduating in 2025) and 3L (graduating in 2024) Law Students and 2023 Law Grads who consider themselves diverse are invited to participate regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status or disability.
Over the course of the Job Fair, students will have the opportunity to network and engage with other dynamic law students and post-graduates from a broad range of demographics and law schools from around the country. They will also have the unique opportunity to engage with employers seeking spectacular candidates with diverse backgrounds, including law firms (regardless of size), advocacy groups, government agencies, corporate legal departments, and not-for-profit entities.
