We are currently looking to hire a second part-time clerk as soon as possible. Zimmer Law Group is built up of six practicing attorneys who all need assistance with legal research and writing. The workload would primarily cover:
- Legal research and drafting for clients in removal proceedings;
- Legal research and drafting for contested matters before USCIS and other federal agencies;
- Legal research and drafting for discrete issues in all immigration cases;
- Crimmigration analysis; and,
- Issues in family court relating to SIJS.
