Molly Littman represents clients on a wide range of intellectual property enforcement issues, focusing primarily on trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret litigation in state and federal courts across the country, as well as in disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) proceedings. Additionally, Molly advises clients on matters involving copyright compliance and protection, marketing and brand management, advertising, and social media.
While attending William Mitchell College of Law, Molly served as editor-in-chief of Cybaris®, William Mitchell’s intellectual property law review and as an associate editor of the William Mitchell Law Review. Before joining Gray Plant Mooty full-time, Molly was a law clerk in the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology & Privacy Practice Group and spent a summer in the firm’s summer associates’ program.
