Mitchell Hamline’s Health Law Institute will host two panel discussions on food labeling and safety Tuesday, Nov. 29, from 8 to 11 am in the Mitchell Hamline Auditorium.
“Hot Topics in Food Labeling and Safety” will feature food law experts and others involved in food quality and safety. Two standard CLE credits have been applied for. Click here to register.
The Food Labeling panel will discuss current federal and state food labeling regulations, labeling trends, and class action litigation related to food labeling.

The Food Safety panel will discuss food safety regulations and implementation of the Food Safety and Modernization Act, food borne illness prevention, investigations, and litigation from private manufacturer and public perspectives.
