Mitchell Hamline School of Law (“Mitchell Hamline” or “school”) affirms its policy of providing Equal Opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment in accordance with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action laws, directives and regulations of Federal, State and Local governing bodies or agencies. The intent of this policy is to prohibit discrimination (including sexual harassment) and to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a continuing affirmative program in all academic and administrative areas.

The school has delegated the responsibility of managing the Equal Employment Opportunity Program to Human Resources. The responsibilities include monitoring the Equal Employment Opportunity activities and reporting the effectiveness of the Affirmative Action Program, as required by Federal, State and Local agencies. The President and Dean will receive and review reports on the progress of the program.
