Faculty have the discretion to assign a grade based on academic performance, and final grades cannot be changed unless a clerical error has occurred.

This form is intended to address any immediate academic concerns happening in your courses that need immediate attention.

Please note Mitchell Hamline provides an anonymous course evaluation form at the end of the semester to provide course feedback.
