Any person may initiate a disciplinary proceeding under the rules outlined in the Student Code of Conduct by sending the Dean, by email, a signed, written complaint. In the complaint, the Complainant shall state the essential facts alleged to constitute a violation of the Code, including (a) the name of the student alleged to have committed the violation (the “Respondent”), (b) the specific allegation(s), and (c) the factual basis for the allegation(s).
