Target’s Legal Affairs team is pleased to announce its Eleventh Annual Legal Affairs Mock Interview Program. This program is an exciting opportunity for diverse law students and paralegals to polish up their interview skills! Target values and encourages law students and paralegals of a plethora of diverse backgrounds to participate in this program including diversity of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, LGBTQI+ persons, and people with differing abilities.
These interviews are not for actual positions at Target but rather are the Legal Team’s effort to help students prepare for future interviews regardless of career aspirations.
Schools will be provided three different sample job descriptions (Law Clerk, Paralegal, and Consultant) for students to consider. Limited spots are available for each school.

PROGRAM AGENDA:
1:00-1:45pm: Get advice from HR and other professionals on how to transform interviews from good to great – including Zoom tips
1:45-2:30pm: Participate in breakout sessions with professionals in Target Law to learn about different career paths and practice areas
2:30pm: Remarks from Target’s General Counsel, Matt Zabel
2:45-4:00pm: Obtain practical experience with two 30-minute mock interviews and real-time feedback
