To tryout you will need to contact Prof. Eaglewoman to get the tryout problem. A brief on the problem is also due 10/20/23. Additional requirements for participation:
(1) You must be a member of the MHSL NALSA Chapter and pay your dues to NNALSA – https://app.joinit.com/o/nationalnalsa
(2) You must have taken (or be currently taking) 4313 Native American Law .
(3) You cannot take another course during J-term, because this is an important time for brief writing.
(4) You must have the time to commit to practices in the spring semester. Please provide your availability to practice in January and February both during daytime hours and evening hours with your letter of interest.
(5) You cannot participate in another moot court competition during the spring semester.
Please submit the letter of interest and your brief by 6 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023 to both Professor EagleWoman – angelique.eaglewoman@mitchellhamline.edu and to Professor Tahdooahnippah – Forrest.Tahdooahnipp@mitchellhamline.edu . If you are interested in a particular teammate, please include this in the letter and there are no guarantees as to who you will be assigned to for teams.
