Law in the workplace
The practice of employment law addresses the rights of both employers and employees in the workplace. Common issues include wrongful termination, hazardous working environments, and management of benefit packages. Attorneys who practice in this area may represent the individual worker, the company who employs them, or even a group of workers in a formalized union.
