This panel will discuss the history of this issue, current efforts to address it in Minnesota, and facilitate discussion about the practical effects of pay inequity on careers and advancement in law firms and in companies and whether and how these issues can be discussed and addressed in these organizations.

Mary Cullen ’89, The Cullen Group
Toni Newborn ’07, Chief Diversity Office at the City of St. Paul
