Molly Nephew ’15 was promoted in April 2025 within Stryker Corporation’s in-house legal department to Director, Employment Counsel. She will continue to provide management-side advising on a broad range of employment issues for Stryker’s Trauma and Extremities, Spine, and Orthopedic Technologies divisions and Corporate Finance across the U.S. and Stryker’s Global Quality Operations in Minnesota, New Jersey, Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee.
