Raoul Shah has been promoted to partner at Robins Kaplan LLP, effective January 1, 2026. Raoul is a trial attorney in the Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Civil Rights Group. He has tried more than two dozen cases to verdict as a first-chair attorney, and obtained meaningful recoveries for clients harmed by negligence, medical errors, and civil rights violations. Raoul’s work has earned him recognition in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch and as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers. He also maintains a robust pro bono practice, advocating for clients in family law, immigration, and civil rights matters, and has been honored with multiple awards for his commitment to pro bono service. In 2025, he was elected to serve on the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section Council and as the President-Elect of the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association, reflecting his leadership in the legal field.
