Morgan Kavanaugh is managing partner of the Edina law firm Wilkerson & Hegna. He focuses his practice in areas of real estate and business transactions, commercial litigation, and advising closely held businesses and individuals. Prior to his current role, Morgan was a law clerk and associate attorney at Wilkerson & Hegna. He also has served in the United States Army Reserves and received an honorable discharge as a noncommissioned officer in 2013. Morgan has been recognized as a “North Star Lawyer” for providing at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services to low-income clients and non-profits, and was selected to the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Minnesota Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list. Morgan graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law and has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota where he majored in Political Science and History.
