WRITING TOPIC: Construction Contracts
Construction contracts memorialize and govern transactions just like any other contract, with unique twists given the context of the industry. Some clauses are unique to construction contracts, while some common contract clauses are applied and enforced differently in the construction context.
This years’ topic asks the student to explore common construction contract provisions.
