Patterson Thuente is looking for a second or third-year law student with an engineering or science degree and eligibility to sit for the patent bar to participate in our law clerk program!
Their law clerk program is as unique as the ideas they protect. This is a year-round opportunity for a flexible part-time work schedule during the school year with the possibility of a full-time role during the summer. Patterson Thuente law clerks are involved in real work from the beginning, such as conducting patent searches, drafting patent applications, responding to Office Actions, and assisting their litigation team.
