Target’s Legal Affairs team is pleased to announce its 8th Annual Mock Interview Program.
This program is an exciting opportunity for diverse 1Ls, 2Ls and paralegals to polish up their interview skills! These interviews are not for actual positions at Target; instead, they are the Target team’s effort to help students prepare for future interviews regardless of career aspirations. Prior to the program, students will be provided with different sample job descriptions in order to prepare for the mock interview.
Limited spots are available for diverse (e.g., race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, physical abilities) 1Ls, 2Ls and paralegals at each school.
Space is limited to the first 10 (1Ls & 2Ls) that RSVP. If spaces are filled (RSVP for this workshop is full) and you are interested in participating please email Tina Scaramuzzo (tina.scaramuzzo@mitchellhamline.edu) to be put on the wait-list.
Check-in: 1:00-1:30 PM: Program starts promptly at 1:45. Please plan accordingly. Program: 1:45-4:30 PM
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Two realistic interviews and feedback on your interview skills.
- Panel discussion with Target recruiters.
- Informal discussion sessions with Target team members regarding how they put their legal education to use supporting various areas of Target’s business.

DRESS CODE:
This is a mock interview, and although you are not being considered for a real position, get the most out of the experience and wear interview appropriate attire. Also, please bring a current driver’s license or other government issued ID for check-in.
