Reminder! The Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference (MMRC) hosted by Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) aims to connect rising 2L, 3L, and LLM law students of color with legal employers. This opportunity is for law students who are seeking summer 2022 positions or post-graduation employment. Below are ime Review will closeportant deadlines to keep in mind – and note that registration for the MMRC Conference and the Resum on May 25, 2021:
• May 10-May 25: Registration for MMRC: Here is the link Student registrations open. You will provide basic information to MMRC in the Registration.
• May 10-May 25: Resume Review: If you would like to participate in the MMRC Resume review where an attorney looks at your resume and provides feedback, the resume review link is here. After you register for the Resume Review, you will upload your resume to this link: here, Participation in Resume Review is optional.
• NOTE: There are TWO separate registrations involved for the MMRC conference and the Resume Review.
• May 26-June 24: Register with 12Twenty: Students register with 12Twenty (a platform TCDIP is using), review open positions, and submit materials.

• May 28-June 11: Resume feedback.
• July 7-July 15: Employer selection: Employers select interview candidates and alternates.
• July 19-July 23: Student response: Students review their selections and accept or decline spots in 12Twenty.
• July 30: Interview schedules: Interview schedules announced on 12Twenty.
• August 6: MMRC Interview Day: The 20-minutes interviews will be virtual. The day begins with a Welcome Session at 8:30. Lunch will be from 12:30-1:30.
