Registration is now open for TCDIP Connect, our group mentoring program! TCDIP Connect is a unique 6-month mentoring program where small groups of 8-10 people get to know each other (two law students, two early-career attorneys, two mid-career attorneys, and two senior attorneys). Program participants embrace a multi-directional mentoring practice, which means that everyone is a mentor, and everyone is a mentee. TCDIP will provide conversation starters and activities for every meeting.
TCDIP Connect is open to the following groups:
- 2L and 3L students of color attending law school in the Twin Cities
Attorneys from the following groups employed at TCDIP Member Organizations:
- Early career attorneys of color (0-8 years of experience) and ELG Representatives
- Mid-career attorneys of all background (8-15 years of experience). The ideal candidates for this role are actively involved in diversity and inclusion efforts and/or have experience understanding what it means to work as an attorney of color in the Twin Cities.
- Senior level attorneys (15+ years of experience) of all backgrounds.
