Temp Staffing Support – Data Privacy Skill set desired:
- Knowledge of data privacy principles and best practices.
- Ability to synthesize data and organize information.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge and experience reading and understanding basic contracts that enable identification of a Data Processing Addendum.
Responsibilities are listed in order of priority. Numbers 1-3 are immediate needs. Numbers 4-6 support a longer-term effort and Number 7 is a nice to have based on skills of the individual.
- Identify and document (populate template) contact information, emails, physical addresses, etc. for Third Parties used to support operations in China.
- Populate a template that outlines contact information of all CHR company affiliates and identification of affiliates where employees reside
- Organizational Chart with department descriptions
- Create a list, repository, and format to present third party processors that support multiple business units including:
- Description and overview of third-party services
- Specific data processed by third parties
- Internal owner of the relationship
- Addendums associated with the third party
- Review contracts to identify specific addendums, and identify specific obligations within the identified addendums
- Manage inbox for third party notices
- Research global data privacy laws to identify specific obligations associated with third party processors
The work can be done 100% remotely. We believe this would be approximately a week of full time (40 hours a week) effort or two weeks of part time (20 hours a week) effort. For the remaining effort, we estimate 6 to 8 weeks of full-time effort and 12 – 16 weeks of part time effort. This position is available to current students and graduates.
