In Partnership with the YMCA Equity Innovation Center of Excellence, Mitchell Hamline School of Law provides faculty and staff an opportunity to learn, grow and develop their knowledge, skills and awareness of equity and inclusion.
Through a series of events, participants are able to complete the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a cross-cultural assessment of intercultural competencies intended to build intercultural competence to achieve diversity and inclusion goals and outcomes, receive an individualized report with a one on one session to develop personal goals, and a engage in a series of sessions on the following topics:
- Intercultural Leadership Training and Unconscious Bias
- Bridging Cultural Differences
- Dimensions of Diversity and Cultural Lens
Cohorts are scheduled several times a year.
