Eligibility

This 14-credit program is available to:

  • Professionals and attorneys from all disciplines
  • Graduate students
  • Law students at other schools

Admission eligibility is based on receipt of a baccalaureate degree from a nationally or regionally accredited institution.

This 17-credit program is available only to Mitchell Hamline JD students.

Global Arbitration Law and Practice Certificate

National and Trans-Border Perspectives, London

June 13 – July 15, 2021

The Global Arbitration Law and Practice Certificate is a London-based study abroad program providing you with a comprehensive, global exposure to international commercial arbitration.

Offered in cooperation with the internationally recognized School of International Arbitration, part of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London (Ranked 36th in the world for law by the prestigious Times Higher Education (2020), the program provides a comprehensive global exposure to international commercial arbitration.

Course of Study

6-credit, intensive, 4-week summer study abroad program.

  • International Trade and Investment Dispute Settlement
  • International Commercial Arbitration: Theory and Practice

Renowned faculty are joined by high-profile arbitration practitioners from London’s leading law firms.
