The Minnesota State Bar Association Health Law and Food, Drug, & Device Sections have each set their student writing competition deadlines for Friday, April 15, 2016. Each competition will award a $500 first place cash prize, $250 second place cash prize, and $100 third place cash prize.
Student participants in the Health Law Section competition are encouraged to attend the MSBA Health Law Section 2016 Legislative Preview CLE on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Students can also watch the video replay of this CLE. Participants should pick a legislative issue identified during the panel discussion, and write a short paper analyzing the issue.
