Engage in dialogue with practitioners in a real-world setting about legal issues affecting health care providers. The L. Edward Bryant, Jr. National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Competition involves giving written and oral business law advice to a health care client. It is a great writing and oral advocacy experience at the intersection of transactional business law and health care. This is a spring 2017 competition that will end by late March. In a nutshell, you will write a client memo in January & February. You will hone and polish oral presentations to client board in February & March. The competition is on March 24, 2017 in Chicago, Illinois. Please send you expression of interest to Professor Pope.
