Professor David Allen Larson presented “How ODR is Increasing Global Access to Justice” at the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Annual Spring Conference held virtually on May 20, 2020.
Professor Larson’s session included speakers from Abu Dhabi, Norway, Paris, the UK, and China.
Professor Larson also assisted in moving the annual conference to entirely online format.

Online Dispute Resolution: Theory and Practice Professor David Allen Larson’s chapter “ODR Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities: We Must Do Better” will be included in the treatise, Online Dispute Resolution: Theory and Practice, 2nd ed. The treatise will be published in fall of 2020 by Eleven International Publishers in The Hague.

ODR Workshops Professor David Allen Larson was innvited to participate in three two-hour workshops organized by the Division for Applied Justice Research of RTI International, the Rand Corporation, and the United States Department of Justice to discuss issues surrounding ODR. Only a small number of national experts have been invited to participate. The first workshop took place on May 26, 2020. The second and third workshops took place in the morning and afternoon of May 28th.
