Professor David Allen Larson was a guest on the August 25, 2022 ThinkTech Hawaii videocast, “Intractible Conflicts and Solution Options.” Professor Larson was joined in the discussion by host Chuck Crompton, retired judge Sandra Simms, and Tina Patterson, MDR, MCIArb, CF APMP. They tackled such issues as: when faced with an intractible problem, how do you approach the problem? If you have been an anti-gun advocate but become the victim of a violent assault, how do you decide whether you now should own a gun? What can we do today about our country’s history of slavery?

PUBLICATION: 8/16/2022 American Journal of Bioethics
Professor Thaddeus Pope’s article, “Neurologic Diseases and Medical Aid in Dying: Aid-in-Dying Laws Create an Underclass of Patients Based on Disability” was published in volume 22 of the American Journal of Bioethics. Lonny Shavelson, Margaret Pabst Battin, Alicia Ouellette, and Benzi Kluger co-authored the article.
