OTHER: 9/15/2022 ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Guidance
Professor David Allen Larson completed a three-year project that culminated in the publication of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Guidance. Professor Larson was the Task Force Co-Chair and Principal Drafter (along with Amy Schmitz and Alan Wiener). ODR experts from around the world participated in this project which will provide guidance for ODR designers, hosts, court systems, neutrals, and parties globally. The Guidance is being shared on the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution website and circulated through professional organizations and media platforms worldwide.
