Peter J. Rademacher graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2014. While in law school, Peter served on the William Mitchell Law Review and competed in the National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court Competition. He also worked as a research assistant for three professors, collected four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and published an article on digital estate planning with the University of Miami Law Review. One of Peter’s favorite accomplishments was participating in the William Mitchell Indian Law Clinic for three semesters, working on cases in federal district court and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
After graduation, Peter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Heidi S. Schellhas with the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Following his term as a law clerk, he entered private practice with Hogen Adams, a boutique Indian law firm in St. Paul, Minnesota. Peter now represents tribal government’s and their business partners in all aspects of federal Indian law and tribal law. He also volunteers with the Minnesota Tribal Court/State Court Forum, where he works to build better relations between the various judiciaries within Minnesota’s borders.
