Clearing Your Browser Cache or History

Chrome

1. Hit Ctrl-Shift-Delete on the keyboard while using the Chrome browser.
2. On the top line Obliterate the following items from: choose the beginning of time from the drop down menu.
3. Click the top four check boxes.
4. Close chrome and reopen.

Firefox

1. At the top of the window, click the Firefox button, click History, and select Clear Recent History.
2. From the Time range to clear drop down, choose Everything.
3. Close Firefox and reopen.

Internet Explorer

1. Click Tools, Internet Options, Browsing history.
2. Click Delete, check the top four boxes.
3. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.

Safari

1. From the Safari menu click Reset Safari…
2. Check Clear history and Remove all website data.
3. Quit Safari and reopen.
