- Select and copy everything between the lines above
- Go to Outlook with this link (or open Outlook, then start a new email message the old-fashioned way)
- Click Insert | Signature | Signatures…
- Select an existing signature to edit, or click New and give your new signature a name.
- Paste the copied sample signature in the biggest box.
- Personalize it! Please include your name, title, department,phone number, and the tagline. List your phone/contact preferences to suit your needs.
Office 365 Web Mail
- Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and log in using your full Mitchell Hamline email address and password.
- Click “Options”
- Click “See All Options”
- Click “Settings”
- Copy and paste the signature format from above into the “Email Signature” box.
**Alternatively, you can open a sent message when on outlook.com and copy your signature from there and paste it into this space. - Check the box next to “automatically include my signature on messages I send”.
- Click “save” in the lower right corner.
- Your signature will now automatically appear on all new messages.
