Join 250-hour certified yoga instructor Emily Weeks for a summer evening yoga flow on June 7. Beginner to advanced yogis are all encouraged to join this welcoming and approachable class at Boom Island Park. Emily will guide the group through a series of yoga poses linked with intentional breath work to encourage presence and create a sense of calm. Pose modifications and up-levels will be offered so that everyone feels comfortable joining in no matter their experience level.
Come prepared with a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel.
Yoga runs from 6-7pm and will be followed by ice cream delivered to the park.
