Some accommodations may require instructor awareness, approval, implementation, or coordination. If you have any accommodations marked Faculty Notification Required, please know it is your responsibility to download copies of your Accommodation Letters each term and provide them to your faculty.
- Log into your MHSL Disability Services Student Portal
- Select “My Dashboard” from your Student Portal home screen, located on the left-hand side
- Under the “Overview” tab, click on “View All Requests” under the current term box.
- Under “Available Actions:” in each course, click “Get PDF.” A copy of your Accommodation Letter will automatically download to your computer.
Examples may include accommodations such as:
- Recording Note-Taking Technology
- Disability-Related Breaks During Class
- Other classroom accommodations that require faculty awareness or implementation.
