Four Mitchell Hamline School of Law students and one recent graduate will be attending the Health Care Compliance Association’s 20th Annual Compliance Institute April 17-20 in Las Vegas. The Compliance Certification Board generously donated the free registrations. Attendees include third-year J.D. students Alex Houston and William McDonough and second-year student Tracy Jacobs. Online Health Care Compliance Certificate student Eva Cheney-Hatcher and graduate Lindsey Hennings ’15 will also be attending. The students said they’re most looking forward to networking, hearing Health & Human Services Inspector General Daniel Levinson speak, and sitting for the Certified in Healthcare Compliance exam.
Mitchell Hamline students, alumni, faculty, advisory board members, and supporters are invited to gather at Health Law Institute booth #605 from 5:30-6 pm on Monday, April 18.
The 2016 Compliance Institute will welcome more than 2,000 health care compliance professionals, offer 10 learning tracks, and feature more than 250 expert speakers. For more information, visit the Compliance Institute website at http://compliance-institute.org/.
