m different industries. We had members from a medical device company, insurance companies, healthcare – operations and clinical, and legal. Professor Colombo provided current issues and real life scenarios for our weekly discussion questions that allowed us to learn from different perspectives. The Certificate Program allowed me to confirm my knowledge of health care compliance and prepare me for the CHC exam, which I passed in 2015. Working in health care compliance can be challenging because there are not always black and white answers to solve our issues. It is difficult to keep up with the changing rules and regulations, but it is a rewarding career.”
