The Mitchell Hamline School of Law Health Law Institute is excited to announce a new partnership with Concordia University – Saint Paul to offer a Master of Business Administration with a Health Care Compliance emphasis. Students will take the core curriculum (36 credits) of the MBA program from CSP and the 11-credit health care compliance emphasis will be offered by Mitchell Hamline’s award-winning Health Care Compliance Program. Students will earn a Health Care Compliance Certificate from MHSL through their MBA-HCC coursework. This certificate, one of just 13 nationwide that is Compliance Certification Board accredited, is offered fully online.
The Master of Business Administration – Health Care Compliance emphasis will extend student learning into core-competencies within the growing field of health care compliance. The emphasis courses will prepare students to skillfully lead a health care organization through the complex maze of government laws and regulations, and champion an ethical corporate culture. Students will be equipped with the strategies and tools essential to the development and implementation of an effective health care compliance program. Upon completion of the emphasis students are prepared to sit for the Compliance Certification Board’s (CCB) Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) Exam.
The first cohort of students will begin in May 2017. Follow this link to learn more about this innovative program: https://www.csp.edu/academics/mba-hcc/.
