OTHER: 1/29/2021 New York State Unified Court System’s Pilot ODR Project
Professor David Allen Larson is serving as the System Designer and the American Bar Association liaison for the New York State Unified Court System’s pilot online dispute resolution (ODR) project. Professor Larson has devoted four and a half years of his time and thousands of pro bono hours to developing the ODR Small Claims platform that was activated on Friday, January 29th.
