Professor David Allen Larson presented “Conducting Online Mediations: Insight From Practitioners” at the 19th Annual Advanced Mediation Techniques Workshop for the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts. The presentation focused on Larson’s experience with the New York State Unified Court System Small Claims Pilot ODR Project and ODR best practices. Professor Larson participated in this one-hour workshop with Mediate.com CEO Colin Rule and Learning to Mediate Online founder Susan Guthrie.
