Professor Eric Janus virtually presented the keynote address at a conference organized by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations in conjunction with the Council of Europe on Preventing, Investigating and Prosecuting Sexual Offenses. Professor Janus was on the organizing committee for the conference that was held December 10 in Ankara Turkey.
AMICUS BRIEF: 12/22/2021 Amicus Brief – Minnesota Supreme Court
Professor Eric Janus and Madeline Ranum drafted and submitted an amicus brief in support of Appellants in Ricky Lee McDeid and Shane P. Garry v. Johnston, et al., Nos. A21-0042, A21-0043, before the Minnesota Supreme Court. This amicus brief was in collaboration with Michael H. Miner, Ph.D., L.P., Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health and Research Director for the Institute for Sexual and Gender Health at the University of Minnesota, who signed on as an amicus.
