Professor David Allen Larson participated in the August 7-8, 2023 American Bar Association House of Delegates (HOD) Meeting in held connection with the ABA Annual Meeting. Professor Larson is one of the two Section of Dispute Resolution representatives to the HOD, the policymaking and legislative body for the ABA. It is the ultimate ABA governing body that elects the ABA officers, the Board of Governors, and decides which proposed Resolutions to adopt.

Professor David Allen Larson virtually participated in the final Task Force review of the ICC Guide to Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR. As a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Arbitration and ADR’s Task Force on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration, Professor Larson also participated in the initial drafting of the Guide during the period February 22, 2022 through January 31, 2023.
