Kathryn Meintsma is the President of HealthRoad Legal, PLLC, a Minnesota boutique law firm providing legal support to start-up medical technology companies in the areas of FDA regulation, compliance programming, privacy, and compliant commercialization strategy. Kathryn’s career in the medical device sector encompassed 25 years of progressive executive responsibility from which she applies channel expertise for her clients. Kathryn is a graduate of the inaugural Blended (Hybrid) program at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and also holds a M.S. in Health Administration with an Adult Education focus. She is an Adjunct Professor for the Blended Learning program in legal writing/advocacy and is an Adjunct Professor in the SCSU graduate program where she co-teaches the Legal Basis of Medical Device Regulation. You will find Kathryn officing from her farmhouse west of Minneapolis where she lives with her husband Kirk and dozens of pets.
