- Admin changed date to Tuesday, May 23rd without notice
- Reps received very high number of emails—nearly 2/3 of class
- Working with admin on a new venue that will accommodate more people
- Pool Table for Chambers
- Board conducted a 72-hour E-vote to allocate $250 from SBA General Fund towards shipping costs for a donated pool table to be placed in the Chambers
- Motion was made by Cavaco and seconded by Kerr, via e-mail
- Pool table was to be donated by Prof. Haugen with herself and Prof. Routel contributing the remaining balance of moving/installation costs (could cost anywhere from $450-800) if SBA fronted the initial $250
- This motion passed via e-vote, HOWEVER, once our 72-hour voting period was over, Prof. Haugen informed us that her children had taken the pool table for their own use

- Newhauser: The entire intent of this month’s meeting is to individually go through each and every budget, and that is why were are starting this meeting earlier than usual. Orgs are already asking for their budgets and there are already costs that need to be reimbursed if approved at tonight’s meeting—we cannot wait another two weeks

- Across the board cuts:
- Costs of silverware, napkins, plates will NOT be reimbursed and that line item has been struck from budgets
- There is a TON of this stuff in the SLO and when you cater in, this is always provided with your food
