Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
A 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Ms. Joseph has tried many jury trials and hundreds of court trials, and has handled thousands of cases in Minnesota district courts. Ms. Joseph has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations, and has appeared in United States District Court. In addition, she has litigated numerous cases before the Minnesota appellate courts.
Ms. Joseph has supervised and instructed law students from the University of Minnesota Law School and William Mitchell College of Law. She is also actively involved in the community, and has presented prosecution- and employment law related seminars at numerous local, state, and national conferences, including the Minnesota Criminal Justice Institute and the Teamsters Women’s Conference. Ms. Joseph is the Director of the Minnesota OWl Task Force, which is responsible for drafting and advocating for OWl legislation in Minnesota.
