The Mitchell Hamline School of Law Health Law Institute earned an “A” score from preLaw Magazine in their 2016 Back to School issue. “Top schools for public interest, criminal and health law” that offer everything from health law related centers to journals were scored.
“Job prospects remain high for attorneys specializing in health law, thanks to the Affordable Care Act and other recent changes in the law. Regulation and compliance requirements have increased, along with questions about research trials, data and patient privacy and other technological advances.
“It’s one of the fastest changing practice areas, and it affects a huge part of the population.”
